Pleora’s iPORT engines stream imaging data in real time over standard GigE networks. They allow demanding industrial vision applications to operate over the low-cost Ethernet platform, benefiting from its networking flexibility, scalability, long-distance reach, and ease-of-use. Specialized hardware – such as frame grabbers, DSP (digital signal processing) boards, custom boards, and LVDS or Camera Link is not necessary.
