DCM BKC Cylindrical Backlight

Cylindrical backlighting allows inspection of 360º hollow objects such as pipes and boxes.

This is very difficult to achieve any other way as the light hits the object surface from a perpendicular angle.

Leimac IBF Collimated

Collimated LED directional light source capable of illuminating objects up to 10 metres away. Available in diameters of 25, 40, 61 & 80mm. Colours: Red, White, Green, blue, IR and UV.

Leimac LED Lights

Leimac RGB 3-Colour Series

Lights containing 3 different colour LEDs allowing light to be mixed to produce precise colour temperatures or to switch between different colours.

Models available include ring, area, bar and dome lights.

Leimac Ultraviolet Series

Ultraviolet LED lighting available in wavelengths of 365, 375, 400 & 405nm. For use in fluorescents applications and when inspecting down to micron level.

Leimac Yellow Series

A range of 590nm yellow LED lights that correspond to the peak sensitivity of some CCDs – facilitating maximum performance. Yellow lighting is also suitable for inspection of resist and other photo-sensitive objects.

Moritex Infrared Lighting

Provides image recognition at high contrast especially for items that are difficult to view in visible light. Lighting is also effective for materials that chemically react to visible light rays or allow IR wavelength trnasmission

Moritex UV Lighting

• Provides image recognition at high contrast levels, especially for images that are difficult to recognise with visible light
• Can be used for fluorescence applications
• Use with a UV light range camera
