Returning a faulty item
To return a faulty product you must complete our on-line RMA form and agree to our Returns Policy.
Customers returning a product for investigation/repair are responsible for all costs involved with an RMA where an item is out of warranty or where the warranty is void. Where an item is within its warranty period, customers are responsible for the shipping to MultiPix, and MultiPix will cover the shipping back to the customer. In-warranty returns will also incur an administration fee in the event that no fault is found.
On submission of your completed RMA form our returns number will be emailed to you. Please print this document and return with your parcel.
Items being returned for investigation repair must be packed with adequate protection including anti-static protection where necessary.
Products returned must be clearly labelled with the RMA number issued and sent by Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ delivery or by Courier to:
