Formed in 1997 as a distributor of machine vision components, with a focus on promoting vision to automate manufacturing processes, Multipix Imaging has gained a reputation for superior service and support, demonstrated by long term customer and supplier relationships.
As a member of leading industrial research groups, Multipix Imaging can directly demonstrate and educate UK & Ireland manufacturers on the technology as well as the advantages of machine vision. The same technology also spans many other disciplines such as science and research, medical imaging and security, all of which are also supported by Multipix Imaging.

Highly regarded throughout the industry for providing knowledgeable, friendly, and customer focused service for over 25 years, Multipix is not just a distributor: we very much like to be thought of as vision specialists, recommending, supplying and supporting machine vision components, offering in-depth technical know-how and sharing real-world applications experience.
Multipix is wholly owned by its 2 directors. Simon Hickman (MD) has an Engineering degree and a wealth of knowledge gained from 25 years at a high level in the Machine Vision industry. Together with James Stouse (FD) who has a background in Corporate Accounting, we have a great combination of expertise which leads Multipix into the future.
The experienced Multipix Sales Team have a high level of technical knowhow, in depth product knowledge and a great deal of real world applications experience. Our Technical Support Team strive to keep one step ahead of the technology, always pushing to the limit. With a vast range of evaluation and test equipment, we are constantly appraising new products so the team can act with confidence when discussing requirements with customers. Our technical resources and ‘in-house’ test laboratory is readily available to respond to customer queries, both pre- and post-sales.
The support team always work closely with the sales team in evaluating and assessing customer requirements at the pre-sales stage. It is an ingrained philosophy that Multipix will only recommend tested products that are appropriate to the needs of our valued customers. Sample testing and feasibility work is often key to project success.
