Last year marked the start of our ‘Charity of the Year’ initiative; with a goal to raise as much money as possible for a charity chosen by us as a company.
Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity close to all our hearts came out top and throughout the year we planned and took part in multiple events in aid of Macmillan. This was our first year doing something like this so you could say we were blown away by our total amount raised of £1035.61!
Fundraising events consisted of Rough Runner’s, coffee mornings, world cup sweepstakes and even a sky dive! We would not only like to thank everyone at Multipix for their involvement and help but also to those who supported us along the way. Whether a large or small amount, we know for certain that Macmillan were very grateful for any size donation.
Macmillan rely on voluntary donations; did you know that this makes up nearly 98% of their income? This goes towards a full range of services, from specialist cancer nurses to information booklets and support groups.
