The Xenics Bobcat 320 series is based on temperature stabilised InGaAs detector with a 320 x 256 pixel resolution, with frame rates of 100 Hz.

Compact and low powered, the Bobcat us ideal for applications such as laser beam analysis, sorting & recycling industry or identifying defects inside silicon semiconductor material.
