Last weekend our charity of the year, Canine Partners, held a dog show at their training grounds in Midhurst, West Sussex. Categories included ‘Most handsome chap’, ‘Loveliest lady’, ‘Best trick’, ‘Best rescue’, ‘Best ears’, ‘Child’s best friend’, ‘Waggiest tail’ and ‘Best in show’!
Amanda, our office manager and admin ‘A team’ member helped out as a guest judge at the show. She was put in charge of the ‘Waggiest tail’ category, which i’m told was very popular with 17 entries! Thank you to the Canine Partners team for giving us the opportunity to help out and be part of a great day.
Our next fundraising challenge will be our biggest yet, with James, Lynne and Julie taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge! That’s 24 miles (38.6km), 1585m (5200ft) of ascent and all in under 12 hours! Any donations to help us reach our target would be much appreciated.
